In 2018, Pivotal Health Solutions (also operating as Custom Craftworks) began looking for opportunities in the Springfield area. Focused on the manufacturing, assembly and customization of innovative, quality-built and ergonomically sound medical products, Pivotal Health officially opened their doors in Springfield in 2019.
With a specialization in the design and manufacturing of equipment for chiropractors, massage therapists, athletic trainers, anesthesiologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists and more, Pivotal Health has continued to grow their company, expanding into additional custom and craft products to support the build out of medical and training spaces, to include professional locker room design and manufacturing. The Springfield Pivotal Health Solutions site also supports manufacturing for subsidiary companies including Athletic Edge, PHS Chiropractic, PHS Medical, Pivotal Printing, and Apollo by Pivotal Health Solutions.
The City of Springfield worked closely with Pivotal Health Solutions to identify a preferred site and implement a standard three year property tax abatement.
